Sometimes, when you have good loudspeaker phone, it doesn't mean other people care. It doesn't mean others want to hear how good it is.
Don't turn on music so loud in public places. Especially if you like Justin Bieber.

Not to overgeneralize but I often see immigrants doing that. Blasting Thai songs at full volumes, perhaps either displaying their patriotism, homesickness or sheer disregard for common sense. But even then it's quite acceptable since it might be normal in their home country.
So if you're a Malaysian and proud to be, don't crank "Somebody to Love" from your phone, please.
Oh, not that song.. Again.
